ROXIE: THE DOG WITH MOXIE

This girl is a really cute pup on the radar looking for the perfect home. If you're a couch potato, move it along, this is not the dog for you. This gal needs tons of exercise due to both her breed (husky/shepherd mix) and her personality (Did I mention moxie?). No small dogs, no cats.

If you have husky experience or something similar, this zippy 2(ish)-year-old might be your next furry family member. Roxy is healthy, spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She loves to go hiking and is a great travel companion as she has done a couple of long distance trips and is great in the car. She is strong and bouncy. Currently she is being worked with by her foster family and a certified trainer to get her to be all she can be and more. She does like to play and has a strong affinity for Boxers. Probably because they can match her energy. She is good with people but I would not recommend her going to a home with small children as she would knock them around.
